Robert "Mack" McCormick (born August 3, 1930, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States) is an American musicologist and folklorist.
In the late 1950s, McCormick "discovered" and recorded musicians such as Mance Lipscomb, Robert Shaw and Lightnin' Hopkins, and re-imagined the lives of dead ones, such as Robert Johnson and Henry Thomas. He has written numerous magazine articles and album liner notes, worked for the Smithsonian Institution, and assembled an extensive private archive of Texas musical history.
